The new law (not the one... the one from the National Council)

I will add here later some observations on the new laws passed in the National Council. Without the legalese that normal people don't understand.

For example, I am curious about the latest amendment to the Criminal Code, under which anyone who steals or embezzles or corrupts less than 700,000 thousand euros (for those who remember - more than 20,000,000 Slovak crowns) does not have to go to jail, but can get probation. So... In principle, stealing has become a free trade in Slovakia. But maybe I just misunderstood the whole thing, since I don't live there.
